Full Sail Fund

Our story

Where this started.

Full Sail Fund was born out of a conviction that the Church has more than enough resources to fund everything the Kingdom needs, and that the gap isn't generosity. It's direction.

The conviction

The resources exist. They need direction.

We've watched donors who genuinely want to give struggle to find organizations they can trust and evaluate. We've watched Kingdom-minded organizations doing transformational work in their communities struggle to get the strategy and capital they need to grow. And we've believed for a long time that someone needed to stand in the middle of that gap, not to take a cut, but to connect those two things and help both sides do what they're called to do more effectively.

That's the conviction Full Sail Fund was built on. Not a fund structure or a financial product, a belief that strategic generosity, deployed through trusted relationships, can change the trajectory of organizations and communities for generations.

We're local first. We start close to home, with organizations we can see and verify firsthand, where our relationships run deep and our accountability is real. But we believe the Kingdom has no borders, and as the Spirit leads, our reach follows.

Donors

"We've watched donors who genuinely want to give struggle to find organizations they can trust and evaluate."

Organizations

"We've watched Kingdom-minded organizations doing transformational work in their communities struggle to get the strategy and capital they need to grow."

Full Sail Fund bridges both.

Our mandate

A force multiplier for Kingdom impact.

  • Local First

We start where we can verify the work firsthand, in our own community, through relationships we've built over years.

  • Kingdom Always

The Kingdom has no borders. As the Spirit leads, our reach follows, wherever good organizations need a strategic partner.

The model

Institutional rigor. Kingdom purpose.

Private equity firms don't fund companies they don't know. They identify organizations with strong fundamentals and unrealized potential, bring strategic and operational expertise to bear, and deploy capital in a way that creates lasting value, not dependency. The return they're after is organizational transformation.

That's the model we've applied to Kingdom work. Full Sail Fund brings the same rigor, deep vetting, hands-on execution, strategic capital deployment, to organizations doing faithful Kingdom work with the fundamentals to grow. We function as a force multiplier for their impact: the return we're after isn't financial, it's a Kingdom organization with the organizational capacity to grow, sustain itself, and multiply what God has entrusted to it.

We take organizations that are good, and make them better.

What we believe

The convictions behind the work.

  • Generosity Needs Direction

The willingness to give is rarely the barrier. The challenge is knowing where, how, and when to give in ways that create lasting change rather than temporary relief. We exist to provide that direction.

  • Strategy Serves the Spirit

We don't believe strategy replaces faith. We believe strategy is how we steward the vision the Spirit has already given, the discipline that takes what God is building and protects it from the friction that kills so many good things.

  • Sustainability is Faithfulness

An organization that runs out of money or capacity can no longer carry its mission. Helping an organization become sustainable isn't just pragmatic, it's faithful stewardship of what the Spirit has entrusted to them.

  • Relationships Before Transactions

We don't do what we do at scale or at arm's length. Every engagement starts with a relationship, because we believe the most effective Kingdom partnerships are built on trust, not transactions.

  • Local First, Kingdom Always

We begin where we can see the work firsthand, in our own community, through organizations we can vouch for. But the Kingdom has no geography, and we follow the Spirit wherever He leads.

  • Capital as a Tool, Not an End

Money is the last piece of what we deploy, not the first. We lead with relationship and strategy, because capital without those foundations creates dependency, not sustainability.

The team

Practitioners, not just professionals.

The people behind Full Sail Fund aren't academics or theorists. We've built organizations, run initiatives, raised capital, and sat in the rooms where these decisions get made. We understand what it takes because we've done it, and we bring that experience into every engagement we take on.

We're also people of faith, not just strategy. We believe the work matters not because it's efficient, but because the Kingdom is worth building, and that what we do in this generation will shape what God is doing in the next one.

Where generosity finds direction.
